Robert Levin
CEO
Robert Levin, Chief Executive Officer, founded Transclick and has successfully led the company through multiple rounds of seed and early stage financing, has sold to early critical reference accounts and forged important strategic partnerships. He has provided strategy and financing guidance to early-stage technology ventures for most of the last decade. He has served as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Finance at the Columbia Business School and also at the School of International and Public Affairs. Early in his career Mr. Levin worked with his family's firm as a trader and senior analyst. At that time the family firm, Chilewich Corporation was number 53 on Forbes' list of 500 privately held U.S. corporations. He was trained in Institutional Sales and Trading at Salomon Brothers and worked as a macro strategist for Paul Tudor Jones and for Louis Moore Bacon. In the early 1990's he served as a consultant for ViaTel, a value-added telephony services provider.
An internationally recognized expert on new economy trends in finance and technology, Mr. Levin has presented at public and executive forums such as the Japan Society, the Chambers of Commerce in Osaka and Tokyo, as well as conferences for Institutional Investor, Dow Jones, Investment Management Institute and other international events. He has given expert testimony before Vice President Al Gore's hearings on the Global Information Infrastructure.
Mr. Levin received an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA in French Civilization from the University of California at Berkeley. Robert Levin earned a Masters in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in 2002.
Franklin Piuck
Chief Technology Officer
Franklin Piuck has an MBA from Columbia University. In addition to setting up the IT infrastructure for Transclick, he has supervised the development of the current versions of handsets and the Transclick Instant Messenger. He has worked in systems, marketing and manufacturing, as an entrepreneur, consultant and manager, in companies ranging in size from General Motors to Eastman Kodak to Harris Corporation to one man shops.

Fred Rassam
Director of Business Development & Sales Engineering
Fred graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering (2004) and also obtained a Masters in Electrical Engineering, with business school coursework, from Columbia University in 2008. He has been actively using computers and involved with industry trends for the past two decades. In past jobs he has worked for TOTAL Oil, Barclays Capital and NetCom Systems - a Cisco and CA Partner. He has also served as an IT Consultant for Stevens which led them to be ranked '#1 - most wired' by the Princeton Review. Following his analytical skills and political acumen, he was published by the Bergen Record and the Washington Times prior to matriculating to Columbia University. Furthermore, he is patent pending on an invention he came up with that relates to cellphone plan optimization while he was an undergraduate at Stevens. Fred is a native speaker of both English and French and is also fluent in Spanish. He also has an understanding of both Arabic (Lebanese) and Turkish.
David Kary
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Kary project manages Transclick's team of developers for Blackberry / Nokia / Desktop translation services development. He oversaw the process that brought software from demo status to commercial grade level software, and was responsible the attainment of Transclick's prestigious ATT Enterprise Certified status. He also was responsible for attaining approval from Verizon Wireless for product concept in their new VCast Application Store. Mr. Kary is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology and holds a CCNP and CCDP core certification from Cisco. He has pursued independant study in advanced packet switching theory, and has been a guest speaker on the subject at SUNY Stony Brook and Rockefeller University.
James P. Clark

James P. Clark is the founder and chairman of The World Technology Network (WTN), a global association of the technology world's top innovators as elected through the annual World Technology Awards program held in association with TIME magazine, CNN, Science magazine, among others. Appointed to the Harvard faculty at age 23, Clark has founded several other ventures, including both the first national clearinghouse for professional employment in non-profit organizations, and one of the world's first Internet consulting companies (for which he was named by New York Magazine in 1995 as a member of the "New Media Elite¨). In addition, Clark also served in a director-level position for Bill Clinton's successful Presidential campaign in 1992. Clark's experience have given him a unique, interdisciplinary perspective on the emerging technological, business, political, and cultural trends of the early 21st Century.

Dr. Mike Dillinger

Dr. Mike Dillinger is an experienced developer of machine translation systems and development tools. A linguist with twenty years experience of research in simultaneous translation, semantics, text comprehension, and text production, he brings to Spoken broad international and interdisciplinary experience and his abilities as a polyglot (with skills in Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, and German).
As Director of Linguistic Development for Global Words Technologies Corp., Dr. Dillinger was responsible for the development of existing and new machine translation technologies, leading the effort to integrate MT with tools for controlled language and translation memory. He implemented innovative development workflow processes which were reported in peer-reviewed publications. He was also active in business plan development, and made numerous investor presentations. Previously, Dr. Dillinger held similar responsibilities at Logos Corporation. A fluent speaker of Portuguese, he led the development of their English-to-Portuguese commercial MT system.
Dr. Dillinger consulted for the Universal Networking Language project of the United Nations University in Tokyo, where he participated in the Specifications Task Force and wrote draft specifications for the Universal Networking Language as part of a global effort to implement distributed, interlingua-based machine translation.
Dr. Dillinger was also Professor of Linguistics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he taught computational linguistics and other topics. He has held various positions as Assistant, Associate, and Adjunct Professor since 1982. He has also worked as an independent consultant on experimental design and statistical analysis and as a translator/interpreter between English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
